1. Working principle


The electronic universal material testing machine is controlled by an imported AC servo motor and a reducer, which drives the screw to rotate, realizes the lifting of the beam, and achieves the required tensile and compression tests. The mechanical sensor is fixed in the middle of the beam, and the corresponding tool is installed below through the connecting device. Not only can the real-time reaction force value be reflected, but also different materials can be tested by changing tools.


The hydraulic universal material testing machine uses a high-pressure oil pump as the power system and a force sensor as the measurement system. When the hydraulic oil is transmitted, the force signal is transmitted to the force sensor. Due to the limitation of the amount of hydraulic oil, the test speed of the hydraulic type is lower than that of the electronic type.


2. Test force range


Electronic universal material testing machine belongs to mechanical transmission testing machine. Compared with the hydraulic testing machine, its main advantage is its high control accuracy, but its disadvantage is its poor stability under large tonnage test forces. The test force range of the ordinary electronic universal testing machine is below 20KN.


The hydraulic universal material testing machine belongs to the hydraulic transmission testing machine. The transmission energy of the hydraulic oil itself is relatively large, coupled with the buffer of the oil, so the hydraulic testing machine is usually used for large tonnage tests. The test force range of the ordinary hydraulic material testing machine is above 300KN.


3. Scope of application:


The electronic universal material testing machine is widely used for testing various metal, non-metal and composite materials, such as wood, plastic profiles, wires and cables, paper, film, rubber, medicines, food packaging materials, fabrics, etc.


The hydraulic universal material testing machine is mainly used for the mechanical performance test of metal and non-metal materials, as well as the stretching, shrinking and bending of parts and components.
