The reaction  frame testing machine is used for the verification and detection of the jack force value. Equipped with other components can also be used for the molding of high-pressure and high-strength specimens,compressive strength test of high-strength specimens.

Working environment

3. The fluctuation range of the power supply voltage should be ±10% of the rated voltage.


Precautions

Before use, check whether the connecting nut of the reaction frame is loose, put the tested jack into the test center area of the reaction frame, and connect the oil pipe between it and the oil pump.

Put the force sensor in the test area between the jack and the upper pressure plate of the reaction frame, connect the data connection line with the force display, and warm up for 5 minutes after the power is turned on.

Start the oil pump, load and read the force value display data in turn.
