Solving the measurement error method of universal material testing machine

The method to solve the measurement error of the universal material testing machine is as follows:

 Errors easily produced by universal material testing machine:

1. First is the mainframe part


 When the main engine is not installed horizontally, friction will be generated between the working piston and the working cylinder wall, which will cause errors. It is generally expressed as a positive difference, and as the load increases, the error produced is gradually smaller.


2. The dynamometer part


 When the dynamometer part is not installed horizontally, it will cause friction between the pendulum shaft bearings, which is generally expressed as a negative difference.

The above two kinds of errors have a relatively large impact on small load measurement, but have a relatively small impact on large load measurement.


Second, universal material testing machine error solution:


1. First check whether the testing machine is installed horizontally. Use a frame level for the main machine to level the outer ring of the working cylinder (or column) in two directions perpendicular to each other.

2. Adjust the front and back level of the dynamometer on the front of the pendulum bar, align and fix the edge of the pendulum bar with the inner engraved line, and use a level to lean against the side of the pendulum bar to adjust the left and right level of the body.

 

At the same time, remember to carry out daily maintenance work on the universal material testing machine!

Daily maintenance


1. Clean the surface dust and keep the body clean.

2. Check whether the equipment fixture is corroded and damaged, and replace it immediately if there is any.

3. When starting the equipment, check whether the fan is running normally and if there is any abnormal sound. If there is any abnormal sound, turn off the equipment immediately and notify the maintenance worker for overhaul.

4. When the charging (discharging) is turned on, whether the indicator light of the corresponding channel lights up normally, if it does not light up normally, notify the maintenance worker for overhaul.


Monthly maintenance

1. Check whether the vent is blocked and clean up the dust.

2. Check whether the current and voltage of the equipment are normal, and whether the circuit is aging.

3. Check whether the fan is running normally.

4. Clean the dust in the internal cavity of the equipment (do not allow contamination on the PCB board and power supply to affect the performance of the equipment during cleaning).


Semi-annual maintenance

1. Check whether the circuit and switch are normal.

2. Check whether all power supplies of the equipment are normal.

3. The insulation of the transformer is not less than 5 megohms. If it cannot be reached, the transformer must be dried again.

4. Full range adjustment of adjustable mechanical parts, no less than 3 times.

5. The accuracy of the equipment is calibrated once every 2 maintenance requirements.
