Test Principle

Fix one end of the needle tube firmly on the clamp, and adjust the specified span load corresponding to the needle tube to be tested according to the standard. Choose the following bending angle, normal wall 25°, thin wall 20°, ultra-thin wall 15°. Apply a large enough force at the specified span position, apply force 20 times in both directions at a frequency of 0.5 Hz to observe the breakage of the needle cannula.
