Applications

Relaxation Test Machine for Steel Strand, Galvanized Steel Wire and Rebar is mainly used for the relaxation test of steel strand, and can detect the uniaxial tensile relaxation strength of steel strand and other metal wires. With proper accessories, the equipment can also be used for tensile and compression tests of other samples.

Technical Features

- The main engine is a horizontal double column single space frame structure, which is composed of base part, vertical bar, cross beam, pull-up head, pull-down head and force sensor.

- The high-precision force sensor is installed above the fixed beam, and the test space is between the upper and lower heads. 

- The working space is adjusted by the lead screw. The mechanical transmission system is in the frame. 

- The force application device is driven by Fuji AC servo motor to drive a set of deceleration mechanism to drive the screw to increase force.
